Carla Barbosa Alencar – Founder & Director of Aesthetics
Carla Barbosa Alencar is the heart and soul behind Majestic Day Spa. A Brazilian entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for empowering others through beauty and wellness, Carla founded Majestic in 2019 — just before the world changed.
When the pandemic hit, rather than pausing, she pivoted. With her new spa temporarily closed, Carla launched weekly online professional development sessions for estheticians. These calls became a lifeline — offering support, learning, and connection for many during uncertain times.
Today, Carla is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in aesthetics, known for her mentorship programs, educational initiatives, and CLESC — a pioneering congress that brings top professionals from Brazil to train estheticians in the U.S.

In 2025, Majestic entered a new era — opening the door to franchising and welcoming a trusted partner: Cristina Cafua.
Cristina is much more than a business partner. She is the guardian of the client experience — leading with excellence, empathy, and grace. With a strong background in guest relations and operations, Cristina manages the front desk, client communications, and post-service care, ensuring every client feels seen, valued, and deeply cared for.
Her leadership strengthens the Majestic promise: an environment where luxury meets heart, and service feels personal. Together, Carla and Cristina form a powerful team — united by purpose and a shared vision of beauty that goes far beyond skin deep.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.
Arrival: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
