At Majestic Day Spa, your comfort, care, and satisfaction are our highest priorities. To maintain the exceptional level of service you expect, we kindly ask that all clients review the following policies before booking. By reserving an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled via Phone call; Text message, WhatsApp, and our online booking platform. 

Please plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to arrive calmly. We suggest arriving 10–15 minutes early to ensure a relaxing start to your visit. Arriving late may shorten your service time so we can remain on schedule for other guests. If you’re running behind by more than 20 minutes, we may not be able to accommodate your service and it will be considered a no-show.

Payments & Deposits

We accept all major credit cards; Apple Pay, Cash, Gift cards and e-gift certificates from Majestic Day Spa. 

A credit card is required at the time of booking. This card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated (see below). For bookings that involve multiple services or guests, a 50% deposit may be requested to confirm the reservation.

If your card on file is invalid or expired, we may require prepayment to secure future bookings.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To avoid charges, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge
  
  
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: $25 cancellation fee
  
  
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged
  
  
• Late arrivals over 20 minutes: Considered a no-show, full charges apply
  
  
• Same-day cancellations for part of a multi-service booking: Considered a late cancellation
• If you booked using a voucher or gift certificate, a cancellation made in less than 48 hours will result in that voucher being fully redeemed.

Clients with a valid treatment series may redeem one treatment from their series toward a missed appointment. Any additional services outside the series will be billed according to this policy.

Gift Certificates & Series Packages

All gift certificates and vouchers are final sale and non-refundable. Series are available in discounted sets for the same treatment and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

• Not assigned to a specific therapist
  
  
• Only redeemable for the designated treatment
  
  
• Shareable or giftable to family/friends (maximum of two redemptions per day, per series)
  
  

Service Adjustments & Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust service prices and modify or discontinue services. These changes may occur without prior notice to uphold the highest standard of care and product quality.

Spa Etiquette & Environment

Children & Age Guidelines

Majestic Day Spa is a peaceful, adult-focused environment. To ensure the safety of children and the comfort of all guests:

• Children not receiving services should remain at home or be supervised off-site.
  
  
• Guests under 16 must have a parent or guardian signed consent to receive services.
  
  
• We do not provide massage therapy services to anyone under 18, even with consent.
  
  

Jewelry & Valuables

We recommend leaving jewelry and personal valuables at home. Majestic Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Health Considerations

Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities. It is especially important to inform us if you have any medical implants, such as a pacemaker or other electronic device. Certain treatments may not be suitable or may require modifications to ensure your safety. We also recommend consulting your physician before booking if you are pregnant or currently under medical care.

Cell Phones

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere for all, please silence your phone and avoid phone conversations inside the spa.

No Pets Allowed

Per State Board regulations, pets are not allowed inside the spa. Service animals with proper documentation are welcome.

Alcohol & Drugs

To ensure a safe and therapeutic environment, guests under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs will be refused service. Substances are not permitted in the facility.

Policy Updates

Majestic Day Spa reserves the right to update or revise spa policies at any time to reflect changes in operations, safety standards, or guest experience practices.
